The Transformation
The most intense effort is the acid-etching. We manually monitor the chemical reaction that strips the stone to reveal its marble heart. It is a messy, precise, and demanding process that requires total focus from both of us.
We don’t just make the cap; we protect it. Every neck is hand-sealed with a penetrating barrier. This is a quiet, invisible effort that ensures the beauty of our design is never compromised by the oils it carries.
