1. What makes Flamme d’Élixir scented objects different from others? / Qu’est-ce qui distingue les objets parfumés Flamme d’Élixir des autres ?

At Flamme d’Élixir, we don’t just craft objects — we tell stories through scent. Each piece is carefully imagined, designed and crafted in our atelier in France. With highest quality essential oils, original one-of-a kind designs, we distinguish our products as scented art piece. Limited in number, infused with emotion, and wrapped in French artistry, our scented pieces are more than a fragrance — they’re a feeling.

2. How long do the candles burn? / Quelle est la durée de combustion ?

Our 150g candles burn approximately 30 – 35 heures, offering an experience that evolves from the first note to the final memory. A slow, clean flame — just enough time to fall in love, dream, or lose yourself to those scent notes. Whenever you burn the candle, let it be for minimum 3 hours to experience the beautiful fragrance.

3. Where are your scented pieces made? / Où sont fabriqués vos objets parfumés ?

We craft every piece with care in France, with ingredients chosen for their purity and poetic essence. Every creation carries the spirit of French craftsmanship and the soul of dreamers like us.

4. Are your products safe and eco-friendly? / Vos produits sont-elles écologiques ?

Absolutely. We use only premium, vegan, REACH-certified wax, phthalate-free perfume oils, micro-concrete eco resin for our containers which is water based 95% bio-degradable. Every raw material is sourced from Europe and Grasse and the UK.

5. Do you ship internationally? / Livrez-vous à l’international ?

We ship across France and worldwide. Our dreams travel far, and so will our creations.

6. Can I return my order if I don’t like the scent? / Puis-je retourner ma commande?

Due to the handmade artisanal nature of ou products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged. But we’re always here to help you choose the scent that speaks to your soul.

7. Can I offer a scented object as a gift? / Puis-je offrir un objet parfumé en cadeau ?

Oui, bien sûr. All our scented creations come in luxurious rigid box packaging, perfect for gifting.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges? / Acceptez-vous les retours ?

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged. But don’t worry — if there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.

10. What is the order processing time?

As it is made to order and everything being handmade, our making time varies from 5-8 days. Shipping time depends on your location. For France, it typically takes 3 to 5 days to ship i.e., 8 -12 days minimum. Yes, this is what means “slow craft”
