Returns and Refund Policy

At Flamme d’Élixir, we take great pride in crafting luxury handmade scented candles of the highest quality. Each piece is meticulously created to deliver an exceptional sensory experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our returns and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number and receipt).
Unfortunately, due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Used candles or those that show signs of burning.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Products purchased on sale or during special promotions.
2. Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@flammedelixir.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with return instructions and an authorized return address.
- Shipping Back the Product: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the refund has not appeared in your account after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@flammedelixir.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, as applicable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used candles
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
- Limited-edition collections
