At Flamme d’Élixir, we don’t just craft candles — we tell stories through scent. Each bougie parfumée is hand-poured in France, made with vegan soy wax, Grasse-sourced perfume oils, and a poetic heart. Limited in number (88), infused with emotion, and wrapped in French artistry, our candles are more than a fragrance — they’re a feeling. Cherry on the cake? Your candles are hand numbered, making it truly special, rare and yours!

2. How long do the candles burn? / Quelle est la durée de combustion ?

Our 190g candles burn approximately 45 heures, offering a long-lasting fragrance experience that evolves from the first note to the final memory. A slow, clean flame — just enough time to fall in love, dream, or lose yourself to those scent notes.

3. Where are your candles made? / Où sont fabriquées vos bougies parfumées ?

Our bougies are lovingly handmade in France, with ingredients chosen for their purity and poetic essence. Every creation carries the spirit of French craftsmanship and the soul of dreamers like us.

4. Are your candles safe and eco-friendly? / Vos bougies sont-elles écologiques ?

Absolutely. We use only premium, vegan, REACH-certified wax, phthalate-free perfume oils , solid glass containers and everything sourced from Europe and Grasse, France alongwith recycled paper packaging using eco-conscious production methods — to ensure la beauté sans compromis.

5. Do you ship internationally? / Livrez-vous à l’international ?

For now, we ship across France and select EU countries. But bientôt… who knows? Our dreams travel far, and so will our candles. Follow our website to be the first to know.

6. Can I return my candle if I don’t like the scent? / Puis-je retourner ma bougie ?

Due to the nature of handmade artisan candles, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged. But we’re always here to help you choose the scent that speaks to your soul.

7. Can I offer a candle as a gift? / Puis-je offrir une bougie en cadeau ?

Oui, bien sûr. During checkout, select “This is a gift” to add a handwritten note. All our candles come in elegant packaging, perfect for gifting.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges? / Acceptez-vous les retours ?

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged. But don’t worry — if there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.
